Abstract

Perceived organizational justice is essential for the organizations’ effectiveness and individuals’ satisfaction so that the organization needs any efforts taken to realize it.  On the other hand, organizational commitment is a critical factor for predicting individuals’ tendency to the organization’s survival that prevents investment waste. This research conducted with the purpose of studying the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment in registration of deeds and properties organization employees, Lorestan province, Iran in 2011.170 employees selected by stratified random sampling method. Research data collected through demographic questionnaire, organizational justice (Moorman and Niehoff, 1993), and Allen and Mairosmith organizational commitment standard questionnaire (1993). Data statistically analyzed using simple correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis through SPSS/v18 software. Results show that organizational justice and its three dimensions have significant and positive correlation with each organizational commitment dimensions including affective organizational commitment, normative organizational commitment, and continuance organizational commitment The results of multiple regression analysis also indicate that the three organizational justice including distributive organizational, procedural justice and interactional justice positively correlated with organizational commitment.
